OCN London are delighted to have received approval as an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) for the Creative sector and are now keen to engage with specialists within the sector who are interested in working with them and Apprentices to support successful achievements. OCN London are looking at two roles – those who can help us develop appropriate assessments – Developers, and those who will carry out the actual End Point Assessment themselves (End Point Assessors).

You may have colleagues within your organisation who already have the skills and knowledge to work with OCN, or have some who are interested in moving into this area as the Apprenticeship offer develops. OCN would be delighted to hear from people who have knowledge and experience in the sector and are passionate about developing Apprentice opportunities, they may have or have not yet achieved Developer or Assessor experience or qualifications.

There is a Job Descriptions for each standard and for each role, but in the first instance we’d ask that you make colleagues aware that these roles are becoming available and ask them to get in touch via recruitment@ocnlondon.org.uk and provide a copy of a CV and covering letter. If not quite ready for that then we’d be happy to have an informal conversation about what is involved in either role.

• Level 3 Hair, wigs, make-up and prosthetics technician (ST0918)
• Level 3 Content creator (ST0105)
• Level 3 Props technician (ST0174)
• Level 3 Creative industries production technician (ST1297)
• Level 3 Scenic artist (ST0916)
• Level 3 Scenic construction technician (ST0917)
• Level 3 Scenic automation technician (ST0915)
