The West End Security Group and SOLT / UK Theatres  would like to share an update on the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act, also known as Martyn’s Law, which received Royal Assent on Thursday 3rd April.

West End Security Group have been involved since the early stages of the Act’s development, WESG will continue to keep their members informed about the practical implications and legal requirements of this legislation. A grace period of at least two years is anticipated, allowing time for full compliance, and we will adapt our support to meet the evolving needs of our members during this transition.
