The ABTT Theatre Show has reviewed feedback from its 2024 event actioned a number of changes to ensure we continue to grow with our Industry’s needs. As such, for 2025 the ABTT has acquired the use of the Great Hall, alongside the usual West Hall at Alexandra Palace for the upcoming Theatre Show.

The Theatre Show Floor will be extended in to the Palm Court and catering will be moved in to the Great Hall, providing more space in the West Hall to meet increasing exhibitor demand while giving attendees even more brands to engage with. The addition of the Great Hall also ensures that the get-in and get-out of the event is as smooth as possible for those exhibiting, providing exhibitors with access to the Great Hall during build up and breakdown ensuring quicker access into and out of the building. Exhibitors will now also be able to use this space for storing flight cases during the show, removing the need to find storage elsewhere.

As part of these developments, the ABTT have also ensured there is additional free parking available for exhibitors for the duration of the event, with spaces now allocated in the Grove Car Park and the North Car Park for 2025. Details on accessing this will be included in the Exhibitor Manual released early in February 2025.

The ABTT are always looking for ways to make their exhibitor’s experience as smooth as possible and so have taken on feedback surrounding the current Exhibitor Platform and will be updating this for the June event. The new changes will ensure the platform is more responsive, with all information and forms accessible in a singular location ensuring it is as intuitive as possible so everything you need is at your fingertips.

We have also reviewed our contractors and taken on board a new agency for supplying badge scanners for 2025 which we believe will be more affordable and user friendly on site. Details on pricing and how to book these will be provided to exhibitors in early February.

The ABTT is always overjoyed that both exhibitors and visitors consistently report that the conversations that take place at the Theatre Show are one of the most important aspects of the event. To encourage this dialogue and allow discussions to carry on into the evening, the ABTT have decided to once again run the “ABTT Social on the Terrace” for 2025 – with food and drink options available around the west terrace as the sun sets on the first day of the show.

This will follow our usual ABTT Awards which will run from 6pm on Wednesday 4th June in the Londesborough Room, where we will acknowledge achievement by Industry practitioners and recognise new products making an impact. With over 150 brands showcasing their products and services in 2025, exhibitors can, as usual, submit any new or updated product from the last 12 months in to the annual ABTT awards for recognition.

The ABTT are also offering exhibitors the chance to speak at the 2025 Theatre Show. Submissions for ideas for educational seminars based around a specific live events or key industry changes are priority. Ideas for hands on workshops or demos promoting a technical skill are also welcome with these practical skills-based sessions becoming another key reason to attend the event. These opportunities give exhibitors even more opportunity to connect with a broad range of visitors at all stages of their careers while putting their brand front and centre.
