Accessibility
The event is taking place at Alexandra Palace who are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome when they come through their gates and doors and that the Park and Palace are physically accessible to all. You can find a detailed list of the support offered below.
Accessible Parking
There are disabled access parking spaces specifically for blue badge holders. There are dedicated accessible bays in the Grove Car park (a short walk up a slight hill) and the East Car Park. There is a drop off point outside the Palm Court Entrance via the west slip road where staff will assist with directions. Spaces are available on a strictly first come, first served basis.
Alternative routes: If you are not travelling by car, the closest underground station to the Palace with step-free access is Finsbury Park. The W3 bus that stops right outside the venue crosses with other major bus routes in Wood Green and Finsbury Park. If you are travelling to the venue via a National Rail station, please check the National Rail website or contact the station directly to confirm arrangements as step-free access is not in place as a rule.
Wheelchairs
In case it is needed, there are a limited number of wheelchairs that are available on loan for use within Alexandra Palace on a first come first served basis. We always recommend that these are booked in advance by filling out this form. Wheelchairs can then be collected when you arrive for the event from the Visitor Services desk.
Accessible Bathrooms
Accessible bathrooms are located in the Phoenix Bar & Kitchen, Great Hall (concerts and exhibitions), Ice Rink, East Court and Theatre.
Accessing the show floor and seminars
The show floor is completely accessible with exhibitors being asked to ensure their stands are suitable for anyone with accessibility issues, we also make sure that the majority of our seminars and demonstrations take place on the ground floor or if not, are accessible via lifts. These include the Londesborough Room/ Roman Bar/ Palace Suite/ Alexandra Suite and our Quiet Room ran by EventWell.
