Who we are:
ABTTAC is an Association of British Theatre Technicians (ABTT) Committee with an aim to promote the interests of Automation within the theatre industry and live events sector.
What we do:
ABTTAC seek to draw on the knowledge and experience of our members so as to champion and develop topics that help define Automation as a separate and qualified field, and so encourage a better understanding of Automation across our industry.
Why we do it:
As we embark on our mission to champion the field of Automation and its competent workers we are working hard to come up with projects that will help benefit not just Automation but the whole industry. An overview of the projects we currently have open for consideration can be seen on our projects page, where you can also suggest new projects for us to work on.
Why you should join:
The Group is run by a voluntary committee, managed by the Group Administrator who is one of the founding members.
As a member of the ABTT, you are eligible to join the ABTTAC for free – you simply need to let us know that you wish to join.
