The annual conference takes place on a Saturday in the May Half term at a member school and consists of workshops and seminars followed by a semi-formal dinner. As well as STSG members, there are several industry suppliers in attendance with a small exhibition of products and services. An important part of the day is networking with other delegates and sponsors. The workshops are a mix of technical and non-technical subjects, covering practical topics and the latest trends in the live events industry.
