Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Production Technician Level 3 Apprentice to join our technical team. This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing your skills in sound, lighting, and stage management. Working alongside industry professionals, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our events while gaining invaluable knowledge and qualifications to kick-start your career.

Key Responsibilities
• Technical Operations: Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of sound, lighting, and stage equipment for a variety of events.
• Stage Management: Support the stage team in preparing and managing performances, including handling cues and ensuring smooth transitions during shows.
• Lighting & Sound Design: Work with designers and technicians to implement lighting and sound plans, ensuring creative visions are realized.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on technical equipment, identifying and addressing faults to ensure operational efficiency.
• Health & Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards, assist with risk assessments, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, performers, and event managers to deliver high-quality technical services.
