We’re Hiring: Lighting Technician
Illuminate Design is looking for a skilled Lighting Technician to join our team! Based from our office and warehouse in Witham, Essex, this is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £28k–£34k (40-hour contract).

What You’ll Do
– Work as part of our installation & site team, assisting the project manager with all production lighting-related tasks.
– Handle DMX distribution, lighting rig design, rigging, commissioning, and programming.
– Travel regularly to our clients’ sites and venues (accommodation and meals provided when working away).

What We’re Looking For
– Previous experience in production lighting.
– Knowledge of lighting programming, especially Chamsys and GrandMA, is a big advantage.
– Basic networking knowledge is a plus!
