Bectu is your trade union. Bectu represents almost 40,000 staff, contract and freelance workers in the media, entertainment, and creative industries. Our members work in non-performance roles in live events, broadcasting, film and cinema, digital media, independent production, leisure, IT and telecoms, theatre, fashion, and the arts.
In Bectu, you can stand up for yourselves and each other, knowing you have the advice and support of a trade union, and not just when there’s a problem at work. Bectu staff also help you to negotiate pay, terms, and conditions with employers.
