Matthew serves as the ABTT’s Honorary Secretary. He is a specialist construction lawyer and Head of Construction & Engineering at Taylor Wessing in the UK and internationally. He advises on all aspects of construction legal matters, particularly for procurement of projects as well as risk management and disputes.
