The SMA is the trade association for stage managers, providing advocacy and support.

Who they are:

The SMA works for stage managers and stage management in UK. They support Stage Sight, PIPA, as well as The National Stage Management Awards and International Stage Management Day on October 10th each year.

What they do:

The SMA speaks up on behalf of stage managers, taking stage management issues to other bodies and organisations within the industry and beyond to find appropriate solutions.

SMA assists stage managers and members to do their work to the highest possible standard.
