Who they are:
Stage Sight are a collaborative network of organisations and individuals working in theatre and the performing arts. You can see which individuals have already made a commitment to Stage Sight on their members page.
What they do:
Stage Sight ask members to commit to making a practical change and to share their progress and learning.
They raise awareness of the need to achieve a more balanced off stage workforce, and we encourage practical, simple steps to achieve this. We offer a range of resources which includes:
- A comprehensive list of our members’ initiatives, detailing the practical changes they are implementing
- A collection of case studies offering evaluation on projects for you to learn from
- Networking opportunities with other Stage Sight members
- Access to guidance documents
Over recent years there has been a focus on diversity. We simply believe that our industry should belong to everyone, regardless of ethnicity, class and disability. Stage Sight provides you with a supportive network and guidance to practically address the imbalance to make our off stage workforce more reflective of our society.
How to join:
Membership of Stage Sight is available to individuals and organisations. It’s free and simple to join Stage Sight.
